Content remains king – make it regular and relevant
Mobile will overtake the web – mobile optimisation is a must and ‘designed for mobile’ is best of all
Email – despite the rumours, email is not dead and when combined with social sharing is mighty powerful
Images – the old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words is a truism – use them everywhere
Video is hot! If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million! Short forms are most compelling
#Hashtags – love or loathe them, hashtags will become a leading search tool across most social media
Google+ will become essential for B2B organisations . If you are not using it, start.
Convergence – marketing, social media and PR are increasingly one and the same. Ensure websites, emails, profiles, blogs etc. are consistent and optimised.
